Nothing’s Better Than Class To Go

If you haven’t seen the new stamp set, Nothing’s Better Than, in the new Stampin’ Up!  Annual catalog, you are missing out on A really fun stamp bundle.  Here’s what the bundle and stamp set looks like:

I have created a class “To Go” for you that includes four cards and two 3d projects.  You’re going to love it!!!!    There are so many possibilities for this bundle to create cards and projects for your friends, family, co workers and service providers.

Here’s a video I made showing each of the projects.  Just click on the link below, or if the image does not show, you can click here: YouTube Video for Nothing’s Better Than Class to Go

You might be wondering what a class “To Go” is.  Here are the basics:
  • I design and cut 6 projects for you.  You will receive everything you need to create all projects (depending on which option you choose, the stamp and dies may or may not be included)
  • I will create a PDF for you with step by step instructions.
  • There are 3 options for taking this class
Option #1 - $64.00

This option is for those who “Want It All”.  You will receive the stamp set and coordinating dies, all card bases and paper pieces for 6 projects, PDF instructions plus a FREE Package of Artistry Blooms Adhesive Backed Sequins.     If you need shipping, please add $8.00.

Please message me here and mention Option #1 Option #1 Nothing’s Better Than Class To Go

Option #2 - $30.00

This option is for those who already own the stamp set and dies, but would like to participate in class.  You will receive all card bases and paper pieces for 6 projects, PDF instructions and a package of the Artistry Blooms Adhesive Backed Sequins.  If you need shipping, please add $8.00.

Please message me here and mention Option #2 Option #2 - Nothing’s Better Than Class To Go

Option #3 - $15.00

This option is for those who ONLY want the PDF instructions.  I will not mail you the paper pieces or any other items.  PDF will be emailed to you on or before July 22.

Please message me here and mention Option #3 Option #3 Nothing’s Better Than Class to Go

  •  Pre Ordering for this class will run from June 26th, 2020 to July 9th, 2020.  July 9th is the final day to order and make payment.
  • Class will be mailed out to you, or ready for pick up if you are local to me, by July 22nd.
Please note that once the class closes on July 9th, I need to place an order for supplies from Stampin’ Up!  Once I receive the class supplies, each order needs to be cut, separated and made ready for delivery.  Orders will be ready for delivery on July 22nd.

Additional items needed for class:  Early Espresso Ink, Magenta Madness Ink, Mango Madness Ink, Granny Apple Ink.  I have also used Stampin’Blends markers in Light Cinnamon Cider, Mango Melody in light and dark, Magenta Madness Light and Flirty Flamingo Light.  You can use these same colors or you may substitute for what you have.

If you need to add any of these items, I would be happy to add them to you order.  Ink pads are $7.50 and Stampin’ Blends Markers are $9.00 (this includes a light and dark of each color.  The blends are only available in a 2 pack at this time).   You will save 10% off the price of markers and ink if you would like to add at them at this time.

Please contact me today to save your spot for the Nothing’s Better Than Class To Go.  I can’t wait to share these projects with you.

Bookmark Card for your summer book readers

One of the things that I am always working on is being consistent.  Social media can be overwhelming,  and sometimes it’s difficult to know how much and when to post.  So over the next weeks you will see more of a schedule of projects and ideas being posted.  I hope that you will love all of ideas that I will be sharing with you.   Some of the things will be shared here and some of them will be shared over on my Facebook page.  If you have not yet followed me on facebook, Click here now then click on FOLLOW

Here’s what the schedule will look like in the upcoming weeks
(Schedule may vary depending on current Stampin’ Up! Events)

  • Monday - Make it Monday.  I will issue a stamping challenge each Monday.  It may be a color challenge or a layout challenge.  I hope you will play along.
  • Tuesday - Teach Me Tuesday.  Each Tuesday I will be teaching you a technique or a fancy fold.
  • Wednesday - Happy Hump Day. Let’s Celebrate what you’ve accomplished in the week so far
  • Thursday - Facebook Live
  • Friday - Free Friday. I’m leaving this day open for something fun.  I might post a tip or trick, I might have a spotlight stamper or I might post a recipe for something delicious I might be making.  Let’s have fun with this one.
  • Saturday - Social Saturday.  Let’s get to know each other through fun interactive posts
  • Sunday - Sharing Sunday.  Share a selfie, a story, a card or other project.

Today I shared a fun card that also has a gift attached to it. The square in the center of the card is removable, and it’s a book mark.  Isn’t this FUN???  You can easily change the design for this card and it becomes a gift for not only children, but adult readers, too.

How to create a Slim Line Envelope

I recently created a new to me card called the Slim Line Card.  It’s tall and slim and gives lots of room to stamp and create a beautiful card.  I also created an envelope to coordinate with the card.  Although you can purchase envelopes, which I have done, I like being able to match my envelope perfectly to the card I created.  You can find the tutorial for the card and the envelope here:

I really like how I can create an envelope to perfectly match every single card that I make.  You can use card stock or designer series paper.  However, you should make sure that your designer paper is not too thin so that it will make it through the mail without tearing.  If you already know how to create the slim line cards, I made a video for creating the envelope only, here:

If you need supplies for this project, or any other project, I would love to be your demonstrator.  Please visit my online store today by clicking HERE

Playing with Unicorns and Butterflies

The new Stampin’ Up! Catalog is filled with so many fun stamps, punches, inks and papers.  Have you seen it?  I have been busy creating samples from several of the stamp bundles to share with you.  This past week I created with the Hippo Happiness and I have to tell you that this bundle is just my style.  This stamp requires 2 steps to get this fun look on all of the critters.

I used this bundle for last week’s Facebook live, which means if you follow the video below, you will find step by step instructions for creating all 3 projects.  Click here now to watch the video

Don’t you think this would be great for a little girl’s Birthday party?  You could even use the lip gloss holder as a craft fair item, or even as a thank you gift to service people.

Click on the link below to watch the video now:

I am in the process of making some scheduling changes for my blog and for my facebook page.  I think you’re going to like the changes, as they will offer you more stamping ideas, classes live and online and an opportunity to be challenged, and to share.

Here’s how to find me on some of my other social media groups:

Please be sure to click follow/subscribe so that Facebook and YouTube know that people are watching my videos.  That way they will keep showing them to you and your friends.

Enjoy the video and I’ll see you again soon,

Happy Stamping,

Debbie
